It can prepared in a variety of ways - it is quick and easy to prepare and does not need to be cooked/boiled. Prepare a bowl of milk cereal with breast milk, infant formula or fresh milk. As a milk-free meal option, it can also be prepared with water and finely pureed fruits & vegetables as part of a varied diet of solid foods.
